One-hundred eight people (at minimum) died in detention in the first four years of the war on terror. And according to the Costs of War research team, at least 80 more have died since then. As you might expect, "US disregard for international law in Afghanistan has greatly undermined security and efforts to construct a rule of law system that is just and credible."
