The Global Conversation was featured on the front page of yesterday's Brown Daily Herald.
The article, "Fellows Showcase Adventures Abroad on Blog," begins: "Five adventurous students received fellowships this year to showcase their multimedia projects addressing international issues on the Global Conversation, a blog launched by the Watson Institute for International Studies two years ago. Over winter break, five students were sponsored as AT&T New Media Fellows, each receiving $1,500 in addition to audio and video equipment to document their work and upload it to the site."
BDH writer Aasha Jackson '15 documents some of the excellent content that the Winter 2012 AT&T New Media Fellows produced over last winter break. Here's our roundup post on their conversations – and remember, we're currently accepting applications for fellowships this summer. More information is available here – you could receive a fellowship of up to $3,500 to help fund your international project. Applications are accepted through February 27th.
